intro Have you ever been to the Buddhist Temple? well I did. I went with my whole school on Wednesday. we went their to learn about Buddhist culture
First we lined up to go to the bathroom, then lined up and waited for the seniors. Once they came they went to get their buddies and sat with them. After the teachers told us the rules. Then we headed to the bus and it was very noisy but we went to the temple.
Then Once we got there we got to our groups I was in group 2. Once we got inside and watched a slideshow of a boy wanting to be a monk but he had to do heavy chores and lots of studying and lots of meditation and it repeated it until he was ready. When he was older he took a boat to Thailand with some other monks and studied and said ” can we build a Temple here?” he said “yes” The monk then started building a Temple and became famous. Once we finished watching the slideshow we headed off to the next activity and it was super cool and once we finished the activity we carried on having fun and enjoying the temple!
con I really loved going to the temple and I am happy to go back next year with my friends.
Today we won the reward for the best attendance I’m really grateful for having this reward
on Wednesday we went to the Buddhist Temple and had lots of fun and for food we had fried rice and I really love going there.
